We build off-road adventure vans and family weekenders. Suspension, electrical, heating, and layout are all spec'd around where you go and how you travel.

We build off-road adventure vans and family weekenders, and we focus on those two things exclusively. That focus is reflected in every component we choose and every system we install.

Electrical, suspension, interior, and heating are all planned as one integrated system. Nothing is added on as an afterthought, and nothing is left to figure out later.

Builds range from $30,000 to $140,000 depending on scope. We give every client an honest, transparent quote and a realistic timeline before any work begins.
We build two types of vans, and we've spent years refining both. Each build is designed around a different kind of travel — one for off-road capability, one for family comfort. Knowing which one fits your life makes all the difference.
Some roads stop being roads eventually. That's exactly where these builds begin. Our off-road adventure vans are built for forest roads, mountain passes, river crossings, and remote campsites. Agile Off-Road lift kits, capable tires, Victron electrical systems, and durable interiors give you the capability to go further without sacrificing reliability or comfort.
Weekends are short. Family weekender vans are designed for families who want to get out farther, stay longer, and come home with something worth talking about. Smart sleeping layouts, thoughtful storage, durable surfaces, efficient heating, and interiors built around real family routines make every trip easier and more enjoyable.
From a bare shell to a road-ready van, every stage of the build is handled in-house at our Fife, Washington shop. Electrical systems, suspension, custom cabinetry, insulation, heating, and all finishing work are completed by the same team from start to finish.

Not every van owner needs a full build from scratch. Our upgrade packages are designed for van owners who want to add real capability to what they already have: a proper suspension lift, an off-grid electrical system, or a diesel heater without committing to a full conversion.

Absolutely. Our curated upgrade packages let you add targeted capability, whether that's a Victron electrical system, an Agile Off-Road suspension lift, or a diesel heater install, without committing to a full conversion. Many van owners start with an upgrade and come back for more.
That is exactly how we prefer to start. Before any build begins, we have a detailed conversation about your family, how you travel, where you go, and what your van needs to do. Every build should reflect how you actually use it.
